Chess Logistics Technology is a leading specialist in warehouse management systems helping logistics and warehousing companies effectively and efficiently manage their stock. They count national brands as clients including DHL, Radley London, Neptune, Karndean, The Ice Co, DFDS, XPO Logistics and Kuehne + Nagel.
What we did:
We’d already worked with the business for several years on various projects including the development of a new brand identity and various brand engagement materials including stationery, brochures, datasheets and trade adverts. We also host and manage their responsive website.
We now act as the company’s outsourced marketing manager, proactively planning and directing marketing campaigns and undertaking monthly update meetings to drive progress and plan ahead. This involvement in marketing planning and management has led to our involvement in various new projects including delivering regular e-newsletters, content creation, Google Adwords (PPC) and creative and design services including advertising.
Outcome:
Reporting to the sales and marketing director we act as the company’s marketing team, commissioning specialists for various aspects of their marketing activities while controlling everything via one point of contact.
Regular communication activities help to drive awareness of the company and to keep their name front of mind in all the various target sectors. We endeavour to offer as much value as possible by advising on all aspects of the company’s marketing.
